NOTHING WASTED

Geometric, hard-edge art from salvaged materials

In this body of work, I use salvaged wood offcuts and, often without altering their shape, I allow the natural irregularities of each scrap to guide the composition. I lean on hard-edge and trompe l’oeil to create the illusion of three-dimensional depth, blurring the boundary between physical form and painted space. This series reflects my commitment to repurposing materials, giving them new life as unconventional, playful sculptures. Each piece is an exploration of reinvention and renewal, and a reminder that creativity and curiosity can be transformative forces, especially when applied to what is typically overlooked.
